I honestly cannot believe that this year is coming to an end. I know everyone says that every year, but these last 12 months have flown by. However, I am so psyched about 2015! New year, new beginnings, new goals to achieve. But first…
January 2014: Celebrated my 1 year Blogiversary! Focused on my one word, Joy, for 2014.
February 2014: Connected with fellow SITS Girl blogger Kim of This Ole Mom after finding out we lived only a few miles from each other. We met for lunch and a few weeks later went to see Tyler Perry’s The Single Moms Club at the movies.
March 2014: Was a featured blogger on the SITS Girls website.
April 2014: Won a prize in the giveaway for the annual Ultimate Blog Party 2014 hosted by 5 Minutes for Mom.
May 2014: Started hosting the bi-weekly social media link-up, PIG Linky Party (Pinterest, Instagram, Google+).
June 2014: Hubby’s annual work retreat was in Orange Beach!
July 2014: Took a much needed break from blogging. Enjoyed floor tickets to see Prince at the Essence Festival in New Orleans!
August 2014: The Deuce started 2nd Grade.
September 2014: Hosted my second annual September Sapphire Even Day Blog Challenge.
October 2014: Began hosting the bi-weekly linkup Throwback Thursday Tell-All Linky Party with Natasha from Epic Mommy Adventures.
November 2014: Celebrated a small Southern Thanksgiving at home with my family.
December 2014: The Deuce started playing on a local league basketball team. We welcomed Brad, the Elf on the Shelf, to our home for the first time. The Deuce was blessed with many, many Christmas gifts.
What I am looking forward to in 2015
