It’s Mardi Gras time in the city! Several years ago when we moved back to the New Orleans area, we again embraced all that this city has to offer. But what did we do our first Mardi Gras back? We went skiing! Let’s just say, I can cross that off my list and never ever in life feel obligated to do it again. I fell down more times than I can count, I suffered through the altitude adjustment, I opened a bottle of lotion and watched as the contents catapulted toward the ceiling, I did the ski lift, and I even braved snowmobiling.
